Hours: 7-3:30.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
- Computer proficiency including Google Suite and Microsoft Quickbook.
- Excellent writing and communication skills. Attention to detail and organized.
- Organization and coordination of above average clerical functions.
- Modern office practices and equipment, including filing systems, telephone techniques, and correspondence and report writing. Basic methods and techniques of organization and planning.
- Adapting to changing work priorities.
- Communicating with diverse groups and individuals.
- Maintaining confidentiality.
- Meeting deadlines and schedules.
- Maintaining effective working relationships.

- Coordinates the daily operation of the school’s attendance program for staff.
- Works with the school principal to establish a safe and secure learning environment for students and staff.
- Organizes, maintains, and ensures proper payroll duties every two weeks.
- Assists the school principal in ensuring the school’s policies and procedures.
- Maintains and updates staff list and staff information.
- Works with the school principal, and other leaders of the building, to create purchase orders and work orders as assigned.
- Prepares reimbursement requests and deposits according to established procedures.
- Assists the school principal in establishing and sustaining relationships with the business community and other youth serving organizations to foster understanding and solicit support for students and their families.
- Maintains internal student accounts.
- Updates attendance records and time sheets for assigned personnel.
- Communicates with personnel and various outside agencies to exchange information; request and provide necessary materials; and help coordinate school-wide activities.
- Establishes, maintains, and assures proper use of confidential files including student, personnel, and payroll records.
- Coordinates and organizes office activities and coordinates flow of communications and information for the principal.
- Assists with registration duties as needed.
- Secures substitutes in order to assure adequate coverage for school site; orients substitute personnel and provides keys and pertinent information.
- Performs assigned financial duties and maintains assigned financial records, school budgets, and site accounts.
- Updates and maintains multiple calendars as assigned; organizes appointments and meetings for building principals.
- Maintains calendar for school visitations and all facility use forms.
- Assists with planning school events and field trips as needed. Organizes and books travel for assigned personnel as required.
- Minimal amount(s) of: lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling.
- Moderate amount(s) of: fine finger dexterity, repetitive motion(s), bending/squatting. Significant amount(s) of: walking, mental attention/focus, speaking, listening.
