The Role :
We are seeking motivated and experienced solar professionals to join our team. We have a high interest in homeowners inquiring online about purchasing solar, storage and EV charging. Your role is to convert these interested homeowners into buyers. This is typically accomplished via answering technical questions, explaining the process and helping them decide on the best buying option for them.
Responsibilities :
Conduct virtual consultations with potential customers to determine their solar & storage needs and provide solutions
Able to handle 5 pre-booked appointments per day
Meet targets of onboarding / signing up at least 15 homeowners a month
Manage a full pipeline & CRM with our dedicated project managers
Provide updates and reports to management
Full time Monday - Friday, Weekends optional
About You :
Proven experience in a B2C sales role
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
Solar experience is required

This is a salary bonus position. Salary is $40,000. Our average Account Executive earns $100,000 / year with top performers earning $150,000 - $200,000. This, of course, is not guaranteed and is based on individual performance.
