Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Engage with clients in meaningful activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by following proper hygiene protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient monitoring and care plans are followed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as nursing homes or long-term care is preferred.
- Knowledge of first aid procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and their families.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team while demonstrating compassion and empathy towards clients.
- Physical stamina to perform caregiving tasks, including lifting or assisting clients as necessary.
