The Spa Manager is responsible for directing and managing spa operations on assigned shifts. This includes hiring, training, and evaluating team members, as well as monitoring operational activities and resolving guest challenges. The successful candidate will maintain current knowledge of all spa services, pricing, and offerings. Additionally, they will assist in developing and executing marketing initiatives and oversee the maintenance of the spa, including overall cleanliness and economic use of resources.
