Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive central plant management experience
- Excellent knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC systems, plumbing, fire systems, and maintenance and repair
- Skilled in using computers and software programs associated with property operations
