Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Resort Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our restaurants and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage management and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage restaurant staff, including interviewing, disciplining, developing/training, and scheduling.
- Lead team member shift meetings and monitor shift activities.
- Interact with guests to resolve any issues and work with other supervisors to provide a pleasurable dining experience.
Requirements:
- At least 21 years of age and able to obtain a Colorado Support Gaming License.
- Minimum 1-year previous F&B Supervision/Management experience in FOH operations or relevant degree in hospitality program.
- Problem-solving, quality control, and priority assessment skills.
- Conflict management, information gathering, sales techniques, and guest influence abilities.
- Basic to intermediate computer knowledge and excellent guest service and communication skills.
