Monarch Casino Resort in Black Hawk is a 23 story resort with over 500 rooms, 4 restaurants, and the one of the country's top spa. The Monarch Casino Resort Spa is looking for a passionate Spa Attendant to join our team! You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment that exceeds the expectations of our guests and Team Members.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and offer refreshments. Escort guests through the facility to get them acquainted with our stunning spa with a tour.
- Ensure guest are comfortable at all time.
- Escort guest to locker-room, spa facilities and provide tours in accordance to standard operating policies.
- Maintaining a relaxing and calm environment throughout the spa experience.
- Know our spa menu and promotions.
- Stock locker and spa facilities and maintain a neat and clean spa locker room environment.
- Be aware of appearance, promptness, quality of work and attitudes with guest.
- Coordinate laundry pickup and delivery between locker, treatment and laundry rooms. Run wash-dry cycles of laundry.
- Coordinate with staff and management on VIP’s, special requests, group arrivals, etc.
- As assigned, distribute lockers, sandals, etc. from the spa desk in accordance to spa policies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested by manager / supervisor. Responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.
Qualifications
- You are an energetic service focused individual with a passion for providing luxury service.
- Guest service background preferred with excellent knowledge of service standards.
- Solution oriented and guest focused.
- Basic computer skills.
- Polite, confident and patient.
- Ability to multitask. Attention to detail. Time management. Ensure exceptional service.
- Available to work varied shifts when needed, including weekends, holidays.
