Monarch is a family-owned and operated company since 2010 based in Golden, Colorado. We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors when entering the office, while provide exceptional customer service and managing front desk operations. This role requires strong time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the calendar for office activities.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all office supplies are stocked.
- Collaborate with team members to support office management functions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using computerized systems for scheduling, record keeping and scanning date
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
