Monarch Construction, an Orange County based Commercial General Contractor, is seeking a qualified individual in the role of Project Manager. The qualified individual should have a minimum of 10 years working on projects as a Lead on-site Project Superintendent on projects with construction value of between five (5) and fifteen (15) million dollars per project. All project experience should be on commercial, not residential, projects. Project assignments will be in Southern California. An attractive and competitive compensation and benefits package will be structured to the qualifications and experience of a successful applicant.
