Job ResponsibilitiesProvides superior customer service to clients while completing general office tasks and implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies.Key Duties

  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them and checking them in, collecting payments, scheduling appointments, and answering questions. Assisting with collecting new client information. Monitoring long wait times and checking back in with clients.
  • Answers telephones and company emails in a timely fashion. Checks voicemail system, completes callbacks and relays messages.
  • Taking new client information and accurately entering it into the system. Assisting clients with their online client portal.
  • Maintains HIPAA requirements and client confidentiality by following established procedures.
  • Maintains a safe and clean office and reception area, completing walk-throughs before, after, and during shifts.
  • Forwards information by receiving and distributing communications as needed.
  • Maintains all filing systems in an organized manner.
  • Maintains data in Electronic Records System. Scans and uploads customer documents as needed.
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different job duties; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

  • Office experience in a healthcare setting
  • Educational background in psychology

Skills/Experience Required

  • 1-2 years previous experience in an office setting.
  • Computer Literacy
  • Interpersonal Communication: Able to connect with people from various backgrounds and represent Monarch Counseling in a positive way.
  • Written Communication: Communicates via email, memos, and other business documents with proper grammar and spelling, tone, and language.
  • Attention to Detail: Relays information between therapists, leadership, and clients accurately and thoroughly.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to identify problems and use problem-solving skills to provide solutions.
  • Scheduling: Ability to navigate multiple calendars and accurately schedule clients.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Medical receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
