JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Services Representative. This role will involve cross-training across various department roles within operations, billing, laboratory and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
