Monarch DIRECT is a rapidly growing Full-Service Print Shop, Graphic Design, Apparel, Wraps and Sign Company in Port Charlotte FL which has a full-time position available for an experienced Inside Sales Professional.
Requirements to apply:
- Excellent customer service, sales and communication skills (digitally, verbally and written)
- Ability to set and manage customer expectations to match production schedules
- Fluent use of Microsoft Office, Acrobat Reader, basic phone systems and print systems
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Strong documentation skills, file, and project preparation
- Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven work environment
- Industry experience a significant Plus

Your Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Sales, sales, sales!
- Responsible for working with phone and walk in traffic, both current and new clients
- You will attend sales and production meetings and maintain daily communication with department team leaders
- Managing and following client projects requiring a high level of focus, attention to detail and time management skills
