Position Summary :
The Human Resource Consultant provides guidance and support to HR Directors to the facilities on all aspects of employment related issues including compensation, benefits, performance management, recruiting, coaching, and counseling, disciplinary action, legal compliance, policy interpretation, training and other employee relation issues. The consultant is used as a resource when handling both internal and external investigations, consults with the facilities on corrective actions and terminations, works with Unions at each facility and overseeing the completion of unemployment paperwork. Ensures that all employees are treated in fair and consistent manner. Responsible to monitor all employment related activity to ensure that all practices are non-discriminatory.
