Position Summary:
The Regional Director of Business Development (RDBD) will be responsible for facilitating census development, community relations, and community education with both existing and new referral sources for their specified region in the Monarch Health Care Management (MHCM) portfolio. In coordination with facility leadership and relevant regional and executive support the RDBD will be the primary responsible person for developing the facility business development plan. RDBD will also be responsible for oversite and assistance with the execution of the plan.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience • 3 years’ related experience in Healthcare and/or equivalent education in a degree such as Marketing, Sales, Social Services, Nursing, or Healthcare Administration
Preferred
Experience in admissions or marketing in related senior healthcare • Previous knowledge and connections with local community partners • Familiarity with Point Click Care, Microsoft Office, and referral management tools
