Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) is accountable for performing a comprehensive assessment to establish the baseline health status of residents and creating a detailed Plan of Care that includes individual needs and preferences, taking into account their physical and emotional well-being.
About the Float Pool
The Monarch Float Pool was created to provide staffing assistance to our own facilities. As a Float Pool RN, you will have the flexibility to pick your own shifts based on the needs of Monarch Healthcare Management, with travel expected for this position.
You will work in various locations, including Alexandria, Anoka, Bloomington, Chisago City, Delano, Duluth, Eveleth, Excelsior, Faribault, Foley, Gaylord, Grand Rapids, Lake Crystal, Litchfield, Mankato, Mapleton, Maplewood, Minneapolis, New Prague, Plainview, Redwood Falls, Roseville, Rush City, Saint Louis Park, Saint Paul, Sleepy Eye, Stillwater, Two Harbors, Virginia, and Winsted.
Qualifications
- Must have:
- Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
- Current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Current Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and emergency care or be willing to get one upon hire.
