Role
Monarch Home Services is looking for a HVAC Lead Installer that is a team player and is self-driven with excellent customer service and communication skills and is able to multi-task. The HVAC Lead Installer must be willing to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle different weather climates.
Requirements
The role requires good communication with Operations Managers, Customers and Monarch staff, gets along well with others, explains detail to customer.
Responsibilities
Install, repair, maintain, and upgrade HVAC systems and equipment
Identify repair and/or replacement needs
Assist other skilled trades
Ensure that tools and materials are available at the job site
Provide insight into the maintenance and improvements to team/operation manager
Interpret and communicate project specifications to team/contractors
Enforce safety regulations
Serve the customers of the company by installing heating and air conditioning systems
Perform installations efficiently
Lead and train employees to complete installations projects within guidelines
Design, and fabricate ducts and duct fitting, and completes paperwork for customers’
homes.
Installing air conditioning and ventilation equipment
Installing new cut ins, TXV, and mini splits.
Qualifications
High School Diploma
2 years as a Service Technician
2 years leading Install jobs
EPA-608 Universal
- High School Diploma
- Must possess EPA certification and a minimum of (1) year experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and correcting diverse HVAC service issues.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds: carry ladder; pull carry or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices); carry ladders; work from heights, work in small crawl spaces; and tolerate routine discomfort from exposure to moderate levels of heat, cold, moisture, and air pollution.
- Excellent customer service skills with desire to exceed customer expectations.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass drug test and background
