Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, focusing on individuals with developmental disabilities and other complex health needs. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
Duties
- Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and assessments of patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Provide health coaching to empower patients in managing their health conditions.
- Administer psychopharmacology treatments as necessary and monitor patient responses.
- Ensure compliance with ICD-10 standards for accurate documentation and billing.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care for individuals with disabilities.
- Educate patients and their families on health management strategies and available resources.
Skills
- Proficient in diagnostic evaluation techniques and psychopharmacology principles.
- Knowledgeable in ICD-10 coding standards for effective documentation.
