Provides requested information and/or updates to any third-party carrier including but not limited to ODMHSAS, Department of Human Services, Probation and Parole, Court Systems, etc. Responsible for ensuring that the assigned facilities remain at full capacity. Completes all intake forms during face-to-face contact with the potential consumer.
