Responsibilities:
- Work with a team under the leadership of a Lead CCA to complete Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Assessments for our clients in the Defense Industrial Base.
- Remain current with the changing regulatory landscape, the industry, and the profession, through self-motivated research, team collaborations, and Continuing Professional Education.
- Obtain industry certifications relevant to the position, and to advance your professional career, as directed by the company.
- Come to work with a positive attitude and produce work you are proud to submit to our clients.
- Maintain sense of humor, sense of purpose, integrity, and empathy for the client’s experience.
- Deliver projects on time.
- Maintain the ability to say “I don’t know” over attempting to answer a question when you don’t know the answer.
- Be available periodically for short travel to client sites to perform elements of Certification Assessments that require physical inspection (Approximately 30%).
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in Cybersecurity and/or minimum 5 years commensurate professional experience.
- Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification Certified CMMC Assessor (CCA) credential.
- Security , CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC or other industry certifications are desired.
- 5 years Assessment and/or audit experience.
- Basic working knowledge of Information Technology networks and information systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, working with a Senior Consultant.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
