Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for a Full-Time Apartment Leasing Consultant to join our amazing team at Indian Springs Apartments in South Bend, IN!

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greets, assists, and leases apartments
- Tours the property and apartments with future residents
- Accepts and completes required application information from the prospective residents
- Creates all lease documents
- Responsible for daily marketing efforts through Craigslist, Facebook and/or other outreach
- Helps Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program
Work Schedule:
- This is a full time position Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm with occasional Saturdays 10am to 4pm
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
- Minimum of 6 months experience Leasing in multifamily housing strongly preferred or 2 years experience in a customer service/sales role
- Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software
- Have good verbal and written communication
- Be able to provide great customer service to our residents
Compensation:
- $16- $17 / hour (depending on experience)
- PLUS $25 - $75 new lease commissions
- Annual reviews with the opportunity for a raise up to 5%, every year
