PAY: $17-18 an hour plus commissions on every move-in
SCHEDULE: Monday-Saturday, mixed schedule full-time (must be able to accommodate rotating Saturdays)
JOB DUTIES: The Leasing Manager’s primary responsibility is to monitor the performance of all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals in accordance with all applicable laws and company policies. They interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy. This includes generating and handling traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation, and completing move-in paperwork and procedures. This position assists with the company's on-going relationship with the residents throughout their tenancy.

Qualifications We Want To See:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in multi-family housing
- Must have at least 1 year experience in leasing apartments
- 6 months direct marketing experience
- Must demonstrate computer skills and be able to navigate industry software
- Expert knowledge of local, state and federal resident/property management laws/guidelines
- Have excellent verbal and written communication
- Be able to provide great customer service
- Willing to complete online class training required by Monarch
