We're looking for a career oriented Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Northlake Village Apartments in Lima, OH. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance.

• Pay up to $25.00/hr. to start

What We Need from you:
• HVAC / Forced Air knowledge preferred (EPA I or III)
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
• Basic knowledge in electrical, plumbing, drywall, carpentry
• 40 hours per week
• On-call rotation ($200/mo. bonus)
• Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
