Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that work orders are being completed and assigned to team members based on priority
- Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy
- Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC
- Preventative maintenance as needed
- Exterior structural maintenance as needed
- Participating in 24/7 emergency on-call system (one week every 7 weeks)
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
- 2 years’ experience in maintenance
- 1 years in multifamily housing preferred
- Dry walling including painting and carpentry
- CPO certification preferred but not required
- Boilers class 1, 2 or special is strongly preferred but not required
- A valid Driver's License is REQUIRED

- Compensation is $21 - $25/hour
