MAINTENANCE TECH (FULL TIME) position now open to join our awesome team at Grandridge Apartments located at 5439 N 100th Plaza Omaha, NE 68134. This hands on job will deal with make-readies, work-orders, grounds, and shared on-call (once a month). Strong plumbing skills preferred!
PAY: Up to $23 an hour plus up to $2,000 in bonuses throughout the year!

What We Need:
- Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
- Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
- Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
- Manage and adapt a preventative maintenance program
- Exterior structural maintenance as needed
- Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone
- Snow removal (when applicable)
- Pool maintenance (where applicable)
- Housing inspection experience preferred (not required)
What You Need:
- 6 months experience in general maintenance
- Dry walling including painting and carpentry
- Basic knowledge of plumbing
- Basic knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
- Working knowledge to repair and/or diagnosis of appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposal
- Water heater knowledge both electric and gas preferred
