Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Upper Town Apartments in St. Cloud, Minnesota. This is a hands on maintenance position at a 318 unit property with guaranteed full-time hours.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
- 2 years’ experience in maintenance
- 1 years in multifamily housing preferred
- Dry walling including painting and carpentry
- CPO certification a plus but not required
- Boilers class 1, 2 or special is a plus but not required
- EPA certification a plus but not required
- A valid Driver's License is REQUIRED
Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation is $20 - $22/hour
