We are looking for a career oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Villages at Symmes Crossing in Cincinnati, OH. The Turn Tech is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents.

What We Need from you:
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• Snow removal
• Pool maintenance
