We are looking for a full time - year round Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at Lakecrest Apartments in St. Joseph, Michigan. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM day shift hours. On call rotation is 1 week every 6 weeks to give you a great work life balance!
Full Time - Year Round work. No layoffs and overtime potential available!
- Pay is up to $20.00 hour
- Yearly raises up to 5%
- Quarterly maintenance bonus structure, up to $3,000.00 Per Year!
- On-Call Bonus, $100.00 a week when on-call. Min 1.5 hours of pay for any call

Qualifications:
- 1 years’ experience in maintenance or equivalent (we can train you!)
- Dry walling including painting and carpentry
- Knowledge of plumbing
- Knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
- Able to repair and/or diagnose appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposals
Salary : $20 - $3,000
