AWESOME SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday dayshift hours 8 AM to 5 PM

** RESPONSIBILITIES **    

• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• Prepares surfaces for Painting/Staining, which may include but not limited to drywall repair, texture, light carpentry when working with wood refinishing and removing fixtures or outlet covers when applicable
• Finishing surrounding areas such as caulking, replacing fixtures or outlet covers, adding trim for aesthetic purposes and cleaning any mess created by work being performed
• Assist in scheduling/communicating any Painting/Staining with tenants or other publics that might be affected by work being performed
• Responsible for keeping Painting/Staining supply inventory as well as paint inventory for the property
• May assist in Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenant occupancy

** REQUIREMENTS **    

• 1 year of painting experience
• Dry wall experience including painting and carpentry
• Basic knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work
• On call for snow removal purposes
• Valid driver's license is required for this position
