This role requires a background investigation that includes a criminal check, drug screen (we do not check for THC) and a credit review.
Responsibilities:
- Manages and oversees all on-site personnel
- Oversee and foster a great working environment for team
- Building and maintaining a relationships with community residents
- Ensure property is leased at or above market occupancy
- Capture highest renewal rates for existing tenants
- Post, collect, track, and manage delinquency of rental and other income
What You Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years’ experience in multifamily housing is REQUIRED
- Experience supervising 4 employees a plus
- Experience with YARDI a PLUS
- Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills

- $65,000 to $75,000 annually, depending on experience
- Up to $1,200 Quarterly NOI Bonuses
