Monarch is actively looking for an experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to join our family at Villa West Apartments, a 308 unit community in Topeka. HVAC experience and EPA and drivers license required. Also, candidates must be willing and able to pass a background check.

PAY : $25.50-27.50hr (determined on experience) Up to $1000 a quarter site performance bonus and $100 a week on-call bonus
1,000 Sign-on bonus paid after 90 days
SCHEDULE : M-F 8-5PM
on-call once every 3 weeks / shared with team
