Hiring: Permanent Full-Time Experienced Property Manager at Avalon Place Apartments in Fairborn (592 units)
*This position requires a background check, drug screen, and credit evaluation.
Schedule: M-F 8:30-5:30
Pay: $65,000 plus bonuses for NOI/Delinquency/Site Performance (Potential for over $6k in bonuses)

Responsibilities:
- Manages and oversees all on-site personnel
- Oversee and foster a great working environment for team
- Building and maintaining a relationships with community residents
- Ensure property is leased at or above market occupancy
- Capture highest renewal rates for existing tenants
- Post, collect, track, and manage delinquency of rental and other income
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years’ experience in multifamily housing
- Experience managing a team of 2 employees
- Yardi experience preferred
- Student housing experience preferred
- Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
Benefits and Compensation:
- Competitive pay salary up to $65,000
- NOI, quarterly and delinquency bonuses potential of $6,000
- PTO with longevity option every 5th year you have the choice between an added 3 weeks pto or 2 week bonus check (for that year)
