Harbor Pointe Apartments is looking for a new team member on our Grounds Crew in the North Milwaukee (Brown Deer area).
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (no weekends or evenings, paid holidays!)

ABOUT THE POSITION:
*Groundskeepers Top Priority is Curb Appeal*
Curb Appeal covers landscape and the exterior image. Duties include cleaning of the driveways, parking lots, curbs, dumpster areas, exterior hallways, or any other public areas; maintenance of
property flowerbeds, plants, and grass areas; snow removal; and pool cleaning or
routine pool maintenance when applicable.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
- Valid Drivers License REQUIRED and reliable transportation
- Skid Steer experience
- General knowledge of groundskeeping, landscaping, and basic maintenance duties
- Ability to safely operate equipment
- Ability to physically demonstrate basic job duties
