Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a Housekeeper to join our Commons & Landing at Southgate Apartments in Minot, ND! Our Housekeepers are valued members of the team that are responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of property models, amenities, vacant units and public access areas.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for cleaning and maintaining entire property in good condition
- Responsible for cleaning all vacant apartments for new occupant
- Responsible for daily trash removal and cleaning of all public access and interior areas
- Responsible for care, maintenance and inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company related to housekeeping
- May assist with light maintenance including painting on turnovers/make-readies
- Snow removal
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
- 3-6 months experience in professional cleaning preferred
- Must be detailed oriented
- Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
