Monarch Investment is actively HIRING for an Experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician HVAC certification at Acadian Point Apartments in Lafayette, LA. This is a full-time and permanent role with amazing benefits package and quarterly bonus structure.
*Must have valid drivers license for this role, be able to pass a criminal background check and be EPA certified
PAY: $22-$24.00 Quarterly Bonus & Amazing Benefits and Perks!
$100/week on-call bonus, up to $3,000 a year in bonuses
SCHEDULE: M-F 8-5 on-call (1x every 4th week)

DAY TO DAY DUTIES:
- Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority
- Make Ready / Turning apartments in between resident occupancy
- Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
- Maintaining property grounds
- Preventative maintenance
- Maintain and keep a clean and organized maintenance shop and other work areas
- Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone with other team members
EXPERIENCE YOU’LL NEED:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years HVAC experience and EPA certification required
- 6 months’ experience in general maintenance
- Some drywall experience including painting and carpentry
- Basic knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
- Have good verbal and written communication
- CPO certification preferred
- Be able to provide great customer service to our residents
- Be willing to go through basic training within 30/days
A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview.
