Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for a dynamic and motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team at Cooper Hill Apartments, a 191-unit community located on Cooper Hill Road in Birmingham.

🛠️ Your Day-to-Day:

- Welcome and assist prospective residents throughout the leasing process
- Showcase available and model units with enthusiasm
- Keep marketing efforts up-to-date and engaging
- Manage leasing applications and lease agreements
- Build and maintain great relationships with residents and teammates
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Â
- Leasing experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train you!
- Background in customer service or sales
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable using multiple software systems
- Availability:
- Monday–Friday, 9AM–6PM
- Some Saturdays, 10AM–4PM
