Monarch Investment is interviewing experienced maintenance professionals to join our team at Union at Cooper Hill, located in Birmingham, AL in a Maintenance Supervisor role.
PAY: $30/HR PLUS, quarterly bonus potential up to $1,000 per quarter, $100 a week on-call bonus, and a full benefits package.
SCHEDULE: M-F 8:30-5:30PM with on-call rotation of two weeks on/four weeks off

REQUIREMENTS:
- This is a hands-on, working supervisor role, so you must be prepared to handle tickets, turns, snow, grounds, etc.
- 2 years’ experience in maintenance (with 1 Year specifically in multi-family housing preferred)
- Experience managing/supervising 1 employees
- HVAC certification is required
- EPA license is required
- CPO certification preferred but not required
