What We Offer:
- Pay up to $25.00/hour.
- Travel Perks: $50.00/day per diem and paid mileage if using your own vehicle.

- Paid Time Off:
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Completing work orders promptly and efficiently.
- Preparing units for new tenants (make-ready/turning units).
- Painting, staining, and maintaining interior and exterior spaces.
- Managing preventative maintenance programs for properties.
- Handling plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and drywall repairs.
- Leading capital projects, including rehabs and major repairs.
- Snow removal and pool maintenance.
- Keeping the maintenance shop organized and managing inventory.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Schedule: Two weeks on, one week off, with 10-hour shifts and up to 110 hours worked during the two-week period.
- Skills:
- HVAC/heat pump knowledge preferred.
- HVAC EPA Universal or Type 2 certification (preferred but not required).
- Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and drywall experience.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
