Monarch Investment and Management Group, “Monarch” is actively interviewing for a Perks Assistant to join our Franktown, Colorado Home Office team!
Part-Time (up to 28/hrs a week)
$24.00 - $27.00 an hour
You will assist the Corporate Perks and Events Manager in enhancing employee satisfaction and engagement. You will play a vital role in maintaining our perks and merchandise programs, coordinating inventory and communication, and supporting various company events.
Here are a few of the primary things you will be doing:
Manage the MIMG Merchandise Store - Help with restocking, sales reporting, vendor coordination, and inventory for on-site community visits
Run our Anniversary Program - Send monthly milestone messages, manage the program, and track reporting to celebrate employee longevity.
Support Promotions and New Experience Programs - Distribute and track thoughtful gifts for promotions and new hires.
Assist with Events -Place and track merchandise orders for events. Support and participate in company events as needed.
What we are looking for:
- Excellent customer service with strong communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Canva and Contact Monkey a plus.
