The Depot is a luxury, 192-unit student housing community in the heart of Akron. Our property boasts many great perks and amenities, to include on-site and covered parking, fun resident events, student housing exposure, discounted or free tickets to college football and baseball games, a saltwater pool and fitness center, outdoor bar with heated seating and a fire pit! Plus, the property is a 5-minute drive to Akron University and the downtown area!

Responsibilities:
- Manages and oversees all on-site personnel
- Oversee and foster a great working environment for team
- Building and maintaining a relationships with community residents
- Ensure property is leased at or above market occupancy
- Capture highest renewal rates for existing tenants
- Post, collect, track, and manage delinquency of rental and other income
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years’ experience in multifamily housing
- Experience managing a team of 2 employees
- Yardi experience preferred
- Student housing experience preferred
- Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
