What You’ll Do:
As a Resident Relations Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our resident experience strategy, ensuring strong and positive relationships between residents and property staff. Working closely with the Regional Marketing Director, Property Managers, and site staff, you’ll organize engaging community events, gather and act on resident feedback, and lead efforts to improve customer satisfaction across multiple apartment communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster positive resident relationships and support retention efforts
- Organize, write, and distribute community newsletters, blogs, and announcements
- Use resident feedback to propose customer satisfaction initiatives
- Compose and distribute monthly property ranking reports
- Deliver and analyze resident satisfaction surveys, proposing improvements
- Respond to online reviews and engage with residents professionally
- Provide strategic consultation to enhance resident retention and customer service efforts
- Handle challenging resident issues with professionalism and empathy to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
- Assist in developing and improving retention strategies and customer service programs
