Location: Brooklyn Park/Minneapolis, MN

Requirements
- Previous multifamily housing leasing experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Availability: Monday – Friday (8AM-5PM or 9AM-6PM)
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn property management software
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service mindset
- Willingness to complete online training courses
Responsibilities
- Greet, assist, and lease apartments to prospective residents
- Ensure model and target apartments are clean and presentable
- Complete market survey reports
- Maintain strong curb appeal across the property
- Accept and process rental applications
- Prepare and execute lease documents with all required signatures
- Maintain and update leasing documentation and marketing logs
- Assist with property marketing efforts and ensure materials are up to date
- Handle daily outreach marketing (Craigslist, community connections, etc.)
- Help build and maintain strong resident relations programs
