Responsibilities:Experience:
- Proven experience in an HR and Payroll Admin role.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Ability to effectively communicate policies, procedures, and expectations to the team.
- Strong follow-up skills and the capacity to hold individuals accountable.
Employee Relations:
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with employees.
- Familiarity or understanding of our workforce.
HR & Payroll Administration:
- Experience in HRIS or other HR software.
- Managing employee records, benefits administration, and payroll coordination with a commitment to confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational abilities and ability to see tasks through to completion.
- Candidates should be excellent leaders and communicators with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Speaks, reads, and writes in Spanish and English.
