Job Description

Location : Lake Ariel - 3 days, Matamoras - 2 days

Pay : $19–$22 / hour (biweekly pay, based on experience)

Join our team as a LIHTC Property Manager and oversee the day-to-day operations of a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) property. We're looking for a detail-oriented and experienced professional passionate about providing quality housing while ensuring compliance with LIHTC regulations.

40-hour work weeks

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee leasing, rent collection, and tenant relations

Ensure compliance with LIHTC guidelines, including maintaining organized resident files

Manage maintenance requests and vendor services

Conduct annual recertifications and file audits

Collaborate with regional and assistant regional managers to meet property goals

What We’re Looking For :

Previous property management experience (LIHTC experience preferred)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proficiency in property management software (knowledge of Yardi or similar systems is a plus)

Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
