Reports To :
Purpose : To ensure the smooth and cost-effective operations in the manufacturing, shipping, and other production support operations.
Job Duties :
Enter and validate production data using SAP, ERP and other warehouse management systems.Analyze, report, and correct production data including usage transactions, production process errors, and quantity transactions to support manufacturing efficiency.Maintain product structures in the inventory system.Monitor product quality.Directly supervise team with daily objectives, maintaining daily reports.Maintain consistent and reliable and reliable transfer for information between all departments and personnel.Lead, mentor, and motivate your production team to achieve goals.Oversee production schedules, ensuring timelines are met.Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.Collaborate across departments for seamless operations.Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills.Strong leadership and team building skills.Flexibility to work weekends and varying shifts as neededSkills / Qualifications :
3-5 years of supervisory experience in production
Leadership skills, Communication Skills
Problem Solving Skills, Computer Operations -Microsoft, Word and ERP Systems.
Manufacturing Experience (Technical knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes).
Read drawings / blue-prints, Understand fabrication flow.
This is a Salary Position- ($60k-$100k) DOE
