Monarch NC, a provider of high-quality and trauma-informed care for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental illness and substance use disorders, is seeking an experienced Referral Marketing Manager to join our team.
This is a remote, work-from-home position for anyone living in the state of North Carolina. Immediate opening -- start working as early as March 25th with a completed background check.
As our Referral Marketing Manager, you will conduct marketing and customer service activities for Monarch in your assigned region. Marketing activities will include: direct outreach to targeted partners; attending meetings and planning events; providing tours; performing referral source in-services; and acting as a liaison between the referral source and Monarch. You will participate in new program development as requested and market new services and programs as assigned. You will also develop comprehensive knowledge of each of Monarch's programs and services so that you will be able to describe admission criteria per service line and maintain an understanding of the referral sources that align with those programs and services.
To qualify, candidates must have the following:
- A Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in a Human Services related field.
- At least 2 years of referral marketing experience.
- Post-graduate experience working with people with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, mental health issues or substance abuse issues is a plus.
- A valid Driver's License is also required.
