Monarch Prep provides an opportunity for neurodiverse individuals with academic and behavioral needs to learn in a dignifying and supportive way on their journey to becoming productive, successful, and thriving members of their community.
Monarch Prep provides individualized academic strategies and intense behavior intervention services utilizing applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles. We support our students by using evidence-based behavior and academic strategies, and research-based curriculum proven successful with the neurodiverse population. Our services meet the academic, social, and behavioral needs for those that learn differently and need individualized strategies to prepare each person to meet their goals.
Summary/Objective:
The board certified behavior analyst (BCBA) works with the Director of Operations and the Director of Clinical Services to develop the team of BCBAs, BCaBAs, and Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (also referred to as the clinical team) ability to provide a range of applied behavior analytic (ABA) assessment and clinical services for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders and related developmental disabilities. The BCBA may also consult, attend client related meetings, provide training to caregivers, conduct behavioral evaluations of clients, and design behavior and individual support plans for clients. The BCBA is responsible for collaborating with the clinical team to monitor and continually evaluate and improve the effectiveness of functional assessments, behavioral evaluations, behavior plans and individual treatment plans for clients. The BCBA is required to adhere to and promote adherence to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board’s (BACB) Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts® as well as all regulatory and statutory rules of the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR). The BCBA maintains a weekly billable caseload of service hours as directed by the Director of Operations.
