Tax Credit Property Manager opening in Santa Fe , NM Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: OneSite experience preferred and Microsoft Office. A minimum of 1-2 years of property management experience including Tax Credit Knowledge. Ability to supervise staff and oversee completion of service requests/inspections, etc. Willingness to understand, analyze, and evaluate financial statements and write reports in a clear, concise form. Oversee, approve and prepare all lease-related paperwork in an accurate and timely manner. Maintain thorough product knowledge of property and that of major competition through site tours/visits and telephone surveys. Prepare marketing reports as required. Clearly and effectively communicate with residents, other employees, vendors, and supervisors in written and verbal form. Achieve the highest possible net operating income through the implementation of effective cost control, revenue maximization and delinquency management program. Take reasonable efforts to see that property complies with all state, federal, and local laws, rules, and regulations applicable to the business. Maintain a high customer service standards Strong leadership qualities Highly organized, Self-Motivated and very detail-oriented Pay based on skills/qualifications. Work hours: 40 hrs per week. Mon-Fri 8:00 am-5:00 pm Must pass drug screen and background test.
