Benefits Solutions Consultant | Direct Hire position | FT - M-F| $80-120k annually commissions & excellent benefits package | On-Site to Hybrid schedule | Moorestown, NJ

This Benefits Solutions Consultant's primary role is to discover and secure new business along with retention of existing business as assigned.
A day in the life of a Benefits Solutions Consultant position
- Sources and closes new sales opportunities through lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, networking, and emails to achieve assigned quota.
- Understands customer needs and presents benefits performance assessment to prospects.
- Maintains and expands database of prospects, contacts, and mailing lists.
- Attends relevant events in-house and with outside training promotes the potential to generate new business.
- Calls existing and potential clients to secure attendance at seminars and workshops.
