We’re looking for an experienced Development Operations Director to lead and manage a talented team responsible for the firm’s software systems and IT operations. This is a strategic role where you’ll oversee the development and maintenance of key technology systems while ensuring alignment with business goals.
A day in the life of a Development Operations Director
- Lead a team of 8-10 developers, managers, and IT staff, providing direction and support.
- Oversee software projects, including new development, updates, and maintenance, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Manage and optimize the use of internal staff, contractors, and vendors for effective collaboration.
- Work with other teams to understand business needs and design technology solutions that support the firm’s goals.
- Ensure the smooth operation of enterprise applications by providing support, maintenance, and improvements.
- Implement best practices for software development, deployment, and lifecycle management
- Drive innovation by introducing modern technologies and fostering a culture of excellence.
