Insurance Account Manager-Commercial Line | FT | Temp-Perm | $24-$31 / hr | Onsite, Media, PA
Regional insurance broker looking for a full-time Insurance Account Manager. This growing agency offers a dynamic work environment, competitive salary and outstanding benefits. Salary will be commensurate with candidate’s background and experience. Direct Hire option available.
A Day in the life of a Commercial Line Insurance Account Manager
- Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Maintain accurate records within agency management system and electronic files
- Create basic Excel spreadsheets / Word documents for clients / internal staff use
- Process policy change requests
- Responsible for timely endorsement follow-up, as well as billing
- Issue new and renewal Certificates of Insurance and Automobile ID Cards
- Follow-up with insurance carriers for cancellations and other payment issues
- Assist team with renewal / new business process from account preparation through binding
- Manage receipt and distribution of policies
- Practice outstanding verbal and written communication with clients and insurance carrier representatives that is professional, confident, clear, and concise
